Hi, My name is Maple. I'm a native Chinese speaker. Both Mandarin and Cantonese are my mother language. I love languge studying and communication. I used to be a trainer in an international hotel management group. My students were my overseas colleagues. I taught them Chinese from the very beginning to the intermediate level, beginning from pinyin to pronouciation, words to the strucutures, drills to practical application. They love Chinese learning with me, and got well known to the Chinese culture. I have got through the rating certificate of Putonghua examination by which indicates my pronunciation is good for teaching Chinese and I obtained the CTCSOL in 2022. I chose the HSK and Tourism Chinese as my teaching textbooks and combined with the video and real scenarios demonstration to help them understand and reach the goals, also role play in chinese to get more interation. On the other hand, I like children education too, I have got the certificate of English teacher and had one year teaching experience to children as a volunteer. I taught children Chinese from 2021 online too, they are 7 to 14 years old. I adopted the textbook YCT and Easy step to Chinese combined with the flash card, cartoon, songs and games to cultivate and encourage their enthusiasm of learning a new language. Also share the Chinese culture with them by telling the historical story and learning short poems. I’m a positive, outgoing person with patience with humor. Also, extensive hobbies make my life healthy and colorful, such as playing badminton, singing, travelling, cooking, reading and writing. Hope to see you soon in my class.
