Throughout my career, I have worked in fast-paced professional environments, managing calls, emails, and live chats often supporting individuals who needed guidance, patience, and reassurance. These experiences strengthened my ability to explain ideas in a simple and engaging way. Most notably, I have had the privilege of traveling to Russia to teach English, an experience that profoundly reinforced the importance of empathy, clarity, and encouragement in education. This really helped me become flexible in my teaching, because I had to adjust my approach depending on each student’s needs.
