When facing different students, I always believe in the power of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude": when teaching primary school students, I turn Chinese characters into vivid pictures and hide grammar rules in interactive games, letting them feel the fun of Chinese amid laughter; for adult students, I focus more on integrating their life and work scenarios, from daily greetings to workplace communication, ensuring every knowledge point can be applied in real life, truly achieving "learn and use immediately".
I particularly enjoy guiding students to explore actively. Many times, students are afraid to speak at first for fear of making mistakes. At such moments, I patiently start with topics they’re interested in—for example, I love watching movies and listening to music in my free time, so I often use lines from classic films or lyrics from popular songs as teaching materials, using familiar cultural symbols to close the distance. Seeing them go from stuttering to confidently sharing opinions, from struggling with pinyin to expressing ideas fluently, the sense of achievement from this growth is the source of my teaching enthusiasm.
