Hello I'm Danielle 👋🏻 My educational background is in linguistics. As a linguistic major trilingual in Chinese Mandarin🇨🇳, Cantonese🇭🇰 and English🇺🇸, I know very well from a learning perspective when getting to study a new language. I hope to practice Chinese-English conversations with you, so that you can speak more fluently and pronounce your words more accurately. Hope to share the joys of language learning and cultural exchange with you soon in class 🎉! I have 2 years of experience tutoring students for IELTS speaking preparation and experience tutoring Chinese lesson at high school and university in US, i also support my colleagues to learn Chinese at work too. I enjoy practicing conversations💬 with students through examples and scenarios, and using pop culture with memes to communicate😊. We will unfold in the following directions: 1. I hope to practice Chinese conversation with you to make your Chinese conversation more fluent and your pronunciation more authentic; 2. I will share with you Chinese pop culture, and we will search and discuss topics you would like to learn about; 3. We will also share with you good Chinese songs and learn their pronunciation and meanings; 4. Formal conversation and mock interview in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
