Hi, there!!! I am a native Chinese speaker with previous teaching experience! I can speak Chinese fluently without any accent, and having won a poem writing competition of Hongkong University, I am highly literate and hope to help you in writing or other cultural aspects. Apart from Chinese, my English level reaches C1, and my Russian reaches B2, so even if you are totally new to Chinese, as long as you can speak English and Russian, I can open up the door to Chinese for you smoothly))).
I am an unconventional person full of creative and aritistic thoughts and humor. If you are a dynamic person who hopes to take classes in creative ways, you might as well tell me your expectations and I will tailor our courses according to your needs))).
If you are interested in Chinese culture, I can also proudly declare myself half a specialist!))) I learned Chinese calligraphy for over ten years, and have some basic knowledge about Chinese lute, classical dance and traditional Chinese clothes. Should you be interested, I can demonstrate these skills and knowledge to you!
Also, if you are an art lover, don't hesitate to contact me! I am interested in all kinds of forms of arts and have applied to learn photography, creative writing, jazz dancing, etc. So I'm pretty sure we will never run out of topics if you are an art lover too!
I have previously had one year's Chinese teaching experience. I had experience teaching several Russian kids to learn Chinese offline when I was in Russia.
And I have taught several people Chinese online. We talk about the topics students want to study, and I will tailor our course and prepare slides according to their need. Also, sometimes we use Chinese-learning texbooks and practice litsening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese.
As for business Chinese, I have worked for a foreign trade company for about two years so I am pretty sure I can help you study business Chinese.
If you find my teaching methods or me interesting, why don't you have a try? Tell me what you want to learn about, and I will tailor the courses to you!
Don't be scared, I don't bite.

Hello! My name is Amanda. I am a professional Chinese teacher with many years of international teaching experience, and I currently live in France.
I am a certified teacher holding an Advanced International Chinese Teaching Certificate. I taught Chinese to international students for five years at a university in China, and later taught Chinese courses for three years at a university in the United States. Teaching students from different cultural backgrounds has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career, and my classes have always been very well received by students.
My professional path is also quite international. After my teaching experience, I completed a Master’s degree in accounting in the United States and worked at PwC in Boston. I later moved to France and obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting from ESSEC Business School. These experiences gave me a deep interest in cross-cultural communication.
Currently, I am also learning French myself. This experience helps me understand very well what adult language learners really need. 😉 Many traditional textbooks are either too childish or not very engaging for adults, so in my classes I prefer to use materials that are meaningful, interesting, and intellectually stimulating. 😊
In our lessons, I first take some time to understand your level and your goals. Then we design learning materials together based on your interests, including reading materials, videos, and conversation topics that are both interesting and challenging.
My interests are quite broad. I enjoy reading (both fiction and non-fiction), traveling, music, philosophy, history, art, and culture. These topics often become great conversation material in class, helping students improve their Chinese in a relaxed and natural way.
I believe language learning works best when students feel comfortable speaking and making mistakes. Every lesson is adapted to your level and your interests, whether you are a beginner or already have experience learning Chinese.
In addition, my background in accounting and finance allows me to help students who want to improve their Chinese in professional or business contexts. 😊 💼If you are interested in business communication in Chinese, we can design targeted lessons to help you communicate confidently.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your Chinese learning journey!
