✨ How I’d Describe My Classes – Jovian Burrell Hey there! I’m Jovian Burrell, a Jamaican student teacher working towards my degree in Primary Education with a focus on Math and Science. Teaching comes naturally to me—I’ve always loved working with children and helping them learn in fun, simple, and creative ways. Over the past few years, I’ve gained hands-on experience supporting students in classrooms and libraries, and I’ve learned that every child learns differently. That’s why my classes are always flexible, friendly, and filled with patience. I use games, stories, real-life examples—even a little humour—to make each lesson feel less like schoolwork and more like discovery. I mostly teach primary and early high school students, and I enjoy building their confidence, especially in subjects like Math and Science that can feel tricky at first. My goal is to make learning less stressful and more enjoyable—whether we’re adding fractions, exploring cells, or just working through homework together.
