You can feel when students really want to learn, because they show motivation. They see that their teacher is happy sharing her knowledge. When choosing what material to use, I firstly get to know what are the students' interests. After that, I program my lessons with subjects that fit the needs of a particular student. E.g. Ana would like to travel to Australia and she would love to learn frases and vocabulary to use when travelling around.. There are other students with different needs.. some need to learn how to write emails, or to make a telephone conversation.. That was the case of one of my students. He worked for Amazon and needed some guidance to be able to work in an English spoken environment. So whatever the needs, I can help in any circumstance. I can teach individually or groups, different ages, genders or levels. I also have experience working for companies, in translation and interpreting. E.g. Coca Cola. Would you like to learn faster? So follow these tips 1- Any language is easy when you are motivated. 2- A teacher's patience and possitive attitude is very important. Moreover, someone who loves sharing knowledge, is a plus. 3- It is important to follow a study plan, to be organised. And the student must be responsible and never drop half way. Oui, vous pouvez annuler une réservation jusqu'à 8 heures avant le début du cours, en indiquant la raison pour laquelle vous souhaitez l’annuler. Nous analysons chaque cas individuellement pour décider du remboursement.

• Comment dois-je payer le cours ?

Lorsque vous sélectionnez un cours ou un forfait, vous ferez le paiement grâce à notre service de paiement virtuel. Vous avez deux options:

- Paypal
Une fois le paiement réglé, nous vous enverrons un e-mail pour confirmer la réservation.

• Puis-je modifier une réservation ?

Oui, un empêchement peut toujours arriver, vous pouvez donc changer l'heure ou le jour de votre cours depuis la rubrique "cours programmés" de votre espace personnel, en cliquant sur l'option "Changer la date".

• ¿Comment se déroulent les cours ?

Les cours sont donnés dans la salle de classe virtuelle de classgap, développée à des fins pédagogiques avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités telles que la vidéoconférence, le service de messagerie instantanée, le tableau blanc virtuel ou le traitement de texte en ligne collaboratif.
