Hi. My name is Anthony Shkaidy and I am from South Africa. I have been an English high school teacher for 25 years. I have a BA degree from the University of Pretoria with English, History and Psychology as my majors. I also have a 3-year Teacher's Diploma from Rand College of Education. My teaching philosophy is based on student-centeredness where everything is focused on the needs of my students. My classes are interactive with less teacher talk and more active participation by my students. I like my students to have fun and enjoy the experience of learning English and becoming good speakers, readers, listeners and writers. I encourage students to make mistakes because that is the best way to learn. I look forward to you booking English classes with me. I am really good at this because it is what I have been doing for so long.
