Hi! I'm Samuel Muia, and have a BSc. in Agricultural Engineering from Egerton University as well as certifications in Digital Signal Processing and Information Technology through Coursera. I have been a Math and Computer Science tutor for more than 15 years, and over the period I have had interactions with students at all levels: elementary, high school, senior high school, university/college as well as adults! And to be more specific I've taught students in the American K - 12 curriculum, SAT(Evidence-Based Reading and Writing & Math) Preparation, the British GCSE & A Level offered by OCR, Edexcel, AQA and WJEC examination boards, IGCSE & A Level offered by CIE as well as the IB curriculum. I have tutored in-person and online, and, let me say, it is fun imparting knowledge on people! But you may ask me, "How do you go about teaching these different levels? Is it effective?" Very simple. I'm very much personalized! My first assignment is always to try and create a rapport with the student. I do my best to be as interactive with the student as possible. This helps me gather as much information as I can - all for the benefit of my student! True Math can be boring😔 and Computer Science mysterious😴, but both can also be extremely exciting and captivating. I choose to make it fun 😊for my student.
