Me llamo Conchi Hernández, Soy Pedagoga y Logopeda Neonatal, Infantojuvenil y Familiar. Especializada en Dificultades de Aprendizaje, Máster en Especialización en Intervención Logopédica y Motricidad Orofacial. Mi metodología se basa en la organización y planificación, por ello, a mi alumnado le intento enseñar paso a paso cómo deben utilizar diferentes técnicas de estudio (comprensión lectora, esquemas, resúmenes, mapas conceptuales, etc) de la forma más dinámica posible. Estas herramientas les ayudan poco a poco a interiorizar sus aprendizajes de una forma más visual, óptima y significativa. El aprendizaje de las asignaturas escolares se realiza de una forma dinámica, práctica y por indagación (por proyectos, resolución de conflictos y juegos). Siempre teniendo en cuenta el ritmo de cada niño, niña o adolescente (dificultades léxicas, memoria, atención, motivación...). Persigo los siguientes objetivos: - Facilitar herramientas para superar las dificultades de aprendizaje. - Potenciar la motivación. - Adquirir hábitos de trabajo y técnicas de estudio - Superar sus dificultades y afrontar sus retos académicos. - Reforzar la autoestima y la tolerancia a la frustración. - Impulsar el trabajo individual, trabajo cooperativo y en equipo. - Adquirir las competencias básicas de las diferentes asignaturas. También, llevo a cabo el seguimiento con la familia y con el centro educativo (si es posible).
