I qualified as an English teacher at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK in 1997, and I've worked as a teacher ever since. Over the past three decades, I've taught more than 25,000 hours of English to thousands of students from all over the world. After qualifying, I spent ten years teaching in Warsaw, Poland, working with both companies and language schools. In 2007, I returned to the UK and spent more than twelve years teaching at a language school, where I worked with students from many different countries and backgrounds. I started teaching on Classgap in June 2020 and have since helped hundreds of students improve their English. I specialize in exam English and business English. I help students prepare for the following exams: • B1 Preliminary (PET) • B2 First (FCE) • C1 Advanced (CAE) • C2 Proficiency (CPE) • IELTS For my business English students, my goal is to help them communicate more confidently and fluently in their professional lives. I use a combination of existing teaching materials and resources that I create myself, including worksheets and PowerPoint presentations. This allows me to adapt my lessons to each student's individual needs, level and goals. Outside teaching, I enjoy keeping fit, watching live sport and reading.
