I incorporate videos and games into my lessons when possible to make lessons interesting and fun. I give my students opportunities to learn at their own pace, with no rushing, and no pressure. I have successful records of helping students raise their grades. I have also organized classes for students who were not doing well in math which was productive at the end of the year and prepared students for SAT exams.
