I am a Berklee College of Music graduate with a vocal principal and a double major in Songwriting and Contemporary Writing & Production. I have been a recording and independent artist for over six years, with extensive performance experience at venues including the Berklee Performance Center (BPC), Nublu NYC, and various college showcases.
I have been singing and writing for over ten years and have shared the stage with ASCAP Songwriting Award winner Gabrielle Goodman during her Asia tour. As a songwriter, I have written for multi-million-stream artists such as Thomas Ng and Lukey.
In addition to my work as a songwriter, I run my own artist project under the name Echo Huang, which has accumulated over 4 million streams and continues to grow. My music has been featured on playlists such as Jasmine and Tapioca and has received airplay on several London radio stations.
Alongside my career as an artist, I have experience teaching children ages 6–14 across a wide range of skill levels. I focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and creativity while tailoring lessons to each student’s pace and goals.
Music is my full-time career, and I am passionate about teaching, connecting with fellow musicians, and sharing the real-world experience I’ve gained as both an artist and songwriter. I look forward to working with students who are eager to grow creatively and confidently.
My lessons are very beginner-friendly! There’s no right or wrong in my class — we figure out what works best for you together. My goal is that by the end of each lesson, you’ll feel happy, confident, and just a little proud of what you’ve learned.
As an independent artist myself, I love helping students who want to start recording in the future. From choosing the right DAW, to using plugins that make your vocals sound clean and crispy, to learning how to get the perfect take — I got you!
