Hello! My name is Anne, and I’m an experienced English teacher from Kenya with over 15 years of teaching experience, both online and in physical classrooms. I truly enjoy teaching, and my goal is to help you feel confident and comfortable as you improve your English.
My classes are warm, friendly, and relaxed. I like to get to know my students first—your goals, your level, and the areas you want to improve. Whether you want to practise speaking, work on grammar, improve your writing, or focus on reading and comprehension, I will tailor each lesson to your needs.
I organise my classes to match your learning style. If you prefer conversational English, we can have natural, meaningful conversations about topics you enjoy. If you like structured lessons, I prepare step-by-step activities, exercises, and explanations. I also help students prepare for interviews, travel, schoolwork, and general communication.
One thing my students appreciate about me is my patience and encouragement. I create a safe space where you can learn without pressure, make mistakes, and grow confidently. I believe learning is easier when you feel relaxed and supported.
I use simple explanations, real-life examples, and plenty of speaking practice to help you improve quickly. My aim is to make learning enjoyable and effective, so that you finish each class feeling motivated and proud of your progress.
