Jasmine
Hi! I’m Jasmine — I graduated from Columbia University with a background in mental health and psychology. I focus on making psychological concepts practical, clear, and easy to apply in everyday life.
My classes are built around psychoeducation🧠, which means we don’t just talk — we explore how your mind works and learn tools you can actually use. I help students understand patterns in attention, emotions, communication, and relationships in a structured and approachable way.
In our sessions, we might work on:
✨ understanding attention and managing focus or distractions
✨ improving communication in relationships and handling conflict
✨ exploring parent–child interaction patterns
✨ connecting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
✨ expressing yourself more clearly and naturally
My teaching style is warm, supportive, and structured🤍. I like to break down complex ideas into simple frameworks, so you can leave each session with something clear and useful.
I work with adults and young adults who are curious about themselves and want practical ways to improve how they think, communicate, and respond to everyday challenges 🌱.
Note: These sessions are for learning and personal development only, not therapy. If you are going through a particularly difficult time, please consider reaching out to professional mental health support.
