Mi trabajo ha sido principalmente en relación a la enseñanza de la lectura y escritura del español en personas con dificultades en sus procesos de aprendizaje. Hace cuatro años que vengo trabajando con el sistema de clases online. He trabajado en escuelas online, de forma personalizada e individual y también a través de tutorías grupales. He realizado diversas evaluaciones de lectura, escritura y matemáticas, así como intervención psicopedagógica. Para mi es importante motivar a los estudiantes a aprender un contenido. Mi sistema de enseñanza entrega la posibilidad al alumno de construir su aprendizaje y reflexionar en torno al mismo. Mi labor como docente es generar las condiciones facilitadoras para que mi alumno desarrolle un aprendizaje significativo. Utilizo técnicas y métodos como: el flippclassroom, aprendizaje multisensorial, método global, diseño universal de aprendizaje, entre otros. Mis clases son bien estructuradas (bienvenida, activación cognitiva, inicio, desarrollo, cierre, transferencia),y dinámicas además de lúdicas). A través de la conversación de temas claves podemos lograr resultados de aprendizaje.
