About me

Hello! I am Thandiswa Mayisela but you can call me Miss Tee. I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. I have a 120-hour TEFL Certificate from the TEFL Universal. I have over four years of experience teaching in an online and offline setting. I taught English as a First-Additional Language for two years. My focus was on the understanding of comprehensions, short stories and poems, the analysis of visual texts, summarization a text, essay writing, conversations, language structures and grammar. I have worked with university and high school students. I believe in a leaner-centered approach because it caters for the different learning needs and abilities, allowing students to reach their full potential and achieve their set goals.

Ms Thandiswa is a reliable teacher , all times. This is because she always attends all sessions and assure that she covers the work , and even go back when necessary to previous lessons when necessary. When she taught me English she assisted me with Essay writing skills , to date I am a good English essay writer . I remember how I struggled to construct a sentence before , but she taught me basic things that helped to throughout.
