About me

Hi! My name is Sofía Torres, and I’m a language teacher. I studied English Language Teaching at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. During my studies, I took electives in Spanish for Foreigners and Theater as a Teaching Tool, as well as German and Chinese (I’ve forgotten the latter—don’t ask! 🙈). I have fourteen years of experience teaching English, ten teaching German, and three teaching Spanish. I have experience with all age groups, and adults are my favorite. I’m currently taking courses in technology 👩🏽‍💻 and neuroscience 🧠, so I like to incorporate cognitive techniques into my lessons. I plan my classes to be as comprehensive and dynamic as possible, tailored to the student's needs—that means *you* 🙃😃.
