About me

My name is Simi and I currently study Maters of Pharmacy (MPharm) at King's College London. My interest in tutoring lies in the fact that I enjoy being able to help people, who have similar aspirations to me, with their studies. I find that passing on my teachings and lessons to others also aids me in my studies and improves my communication skills. Being close in age with my students will also enable me to form a deeper and more relatable connection with them. My lessons are directed towards GCSE and A-level students. I would generally describe myself as a fun, empathetic and open person but focused and competent when it comes to doing work.

Simi is very empathetic and friendly, and she gives lots of general and specific advice about how to tackle chemistry/basic biochemistry. She is very organized and comes prepared with lots of additional material outside of the lecture slides I shared with her. She adjusts to your pace, so you are not wasting time on concepts you are already familiar with but slows down on newer/more complicated topics and makes sure you have understood before mov ... ing on.
