Hi! I’m Serena, a CELTA-qualified English teacher. I lived and worked in the UK for several years, and I know from personal experience how frustrating it can be to understand English but struggle to actually speak it. That’s why I approach teaching with an empathetic and supportive mindset. In my lessons, I help teenagers and adults feel more confident using English in real situations. Every lesson is one-to-one and tailored to you, because everyone learns differently and deserves to feel understood and supported throughout the learning process. We focus mainly on speaking, listening, and useful vocabulary for everyday life. Grammar is always explained clearly and naturally, and we use it straight away in conversation, so English feels practical, real, and less intimidating.
