Complementé mi formación con la carrera de Ingeniería en Administración de Empresas y con el Máster en Docencia de Educación Superior de la Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR).

I am Sebastián Boettiger Olmedo, a Political Scientist and Public Administrator, with a Diploma in Public Policy in Education from the University of Chile. I complemented my training with a degree in Business Administration Engineering and a Master's in Higher Education Teaching from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR).
