Hi! I’m Safia – a Clinical Psychologist, researcher, and friendly Psychology tutor. I’ve been teaching for over 5 years, and my goal is to make psychology easy to understand and useful in real life. In my classes, we focus on your goals. Whether you’re studying for exams, improving your career skills, or just curious about how people think and behave, I will guide you step-by-step. I explain ideas in simple language, use real-life examples, and make sure you feel confident about what you learn. I have an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. My studies include clinical, developmental, educational, and health psychology, as well as neuropsychology, counseling, and psychotherapy. I’ve also explored interesting areas like military, criminal, and cross-cultural psychology. I’ve helped many students with research methods, thesis writing, and understanding key topics in psychology. I also enjoy teaching social psychology, how people’s thoughts, emotions, and actions are shaped by others and by culture. I teach in both English and Urdu, and I always keep my classes supportive and interactive. Outside of teaching, I love reading psychology books, journaling, practicing mindfulness, drawing, and observing human behavior (yes, I notice things even in a coffee shop!).
