I hold a master degree in International Business from the Manchester Metropolitan university in UK; I am a certified professional in Training Design and Training Delivery; a certified ESL Trainer; a certified Spanish as a Foreign Language Trainer, I have also earned different diplomas such as Intercultural Communication; International Leadership and Organizational Behaviour.
