To start the training process, I developed a quick diagnostic evaluation to know the conditions of each student. The objective is always to develop individualized training adapting the resources and training strategies to the personal conditions of each student.
The methodology of the classes I develop is based on active learning, where students are the main managers of their training , always offering real examples . In addition, generating confidence so that the student can carry out any type of question while maintaining a tutored process at all times.
