3. Gestión de Procesos de Negocio para obtener la nueva arquitectura de negocio, alineado con los estándares TOGAF 9.2 y BABOK 4
4. Gestión de PMO, Portafolios y Proyectos (del PMI y Scrum), para gestionar las iniciativas requeridas para la transformación del negocio.
El modelo de enseñanza consiste en:
1. Establecer la orientación profesional y el propósito de la formación del alumno, llegando a una acuerdo acerca del alcance de la formación.
2. Desarrollar la PRIMERA FASE de la formación: Los Fundamentos, en base al desarrollo de clases con exposición de material para el aprendizaje, casos y ejemplificación de los contenidos.
3. Desarrollar la SEGUNDA FASE de la formación: La práctica (dominio de las técnicas requeridas), en base a talleres prácticos y tutorías de retroalimentación.
4. (opcional) Desarrollar la TERCERA FASE de la formación: La certificación de instituciones de clase mundial (para TOGAF, BABOK, PMO y PMP). Esto se traduce en el desarrollo de simulaciones del examen de certificación y tutorías de retroalimentación.
5. (opcional) Desarrollar la CUARTA FASE de la formación: El coaching, en el que se entrega al alumno apoyo para retroalimentar su trabajo del día a día.

This involves conducting certification exam simulations and providing feedback tutorials. 5. (optional) Develop the FOURTH PHASE of the training: Coaching, in which the student is given support to provide feedback on their day-to-day work.
