Through group and/or individual coaching (in both French and English) I assist clients to develop their creativity and flexibility to change in a multidisciplinary team.
I have sound practical experience in four languages:French (mother tongue), English, Dutch, and Spanish and I'm naturally interested in cross-culture relations and behaviours.
As a dedicated Business Trainer and Coach, I believe that education is power and that curiosity is the cornerstone to finding your true path.
I believe in change management, time management and goal setting and deeply in relationships, giving and mentoring as key aspects of a happy life.
My experience from working with a range of adults in business, ,relocation, families and special needs cases, has helped me to distinguish between groups and teams, ideas and goals and between hearing and listening.
I feel that my own artistic beliefs and passions (5 A.M. power) are a source of my personal energy and zest for life which has shown me the transition from caring to making the difference !
Having taken this step further, I am now certified in Life coaching and will start an Art Therapy training.
