About me

Hello there! Miguel here, and I´m very excited to be your new teacher.. My professional experience includes technical interpretation journeys in-site from Spanish-English-Spanish for global companies such as Gold Corp, the multi-national Canadian minery corporation, as well as Lear, Kemet a YAGEO company, and Suma Studio Urbano, Spring Windows Fashions among others. My academic profile includes international ESL in-service certifications such as the ICELT by Cambridge University Press in 2009, and international language proficiency tests. I have also taken immersive language programs abroad such as in the INTO OSU by the Oregon State University and The American English Language program at the ASU Arizona State University in 2014. I'm quite positive that those experiences have boosted tremendously on one side my English language proficiency and cultural awareness and the other side, my language teaching skills to guide my students more effectively to face the challenges and difficulties when learning English as a foreign language. l love keeping the balance between my professional career and personal life, that's why in my leisure time, I enjoy doing outdoor activities and hanging out with both my beloved little daughter and my dear wife. I truly believe that everything is possible with patience, love, and dedication and I know this particular project won't be the exception to that philosophy I try to live up to. As Eleonor Roosevelt once said, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams". Learning English will open up better opportunities for you.
