I’m Meri, a Spanish teacher and learning mentor with years of experience teaching students from all over the world online.

Over time, I’ve realized something crucial: most people don't struggle to learn Spanish because they’re bad at languages, but rather because they’re taught in a way that doesn't align with their natural learning style.
That’s why my approach goes beyond traditional language classes.
ABOUT ME:
My name is Meri (Meritxell). I was born in Spain in 1979, but since 2018, I’ve lived primarily in India, where I practice yoga, meditation, and spirituality.
I am an environmental engineer, a yoga and meditation instructor, a writer (currently working on my second book), and a passionate traveler. I love dancing swing and blues, as well as enjoying a good jazz session.
As a teacher and learning mentor, I tailor every lesson to:
- your natural pace of understanding
- how you process information
- the level of structure or flexibility you need
- what helps you feel confident when speaking
My classes are for you if:
- you understand Spanish but freeze up when trying to speak
- you’ve tried other methods and felt frustrated or slow to progress

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.
Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
Where are the lessons held?
The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options: - Debit / Credit - Paypal Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
