Hi, I'm Mena! Nice to meet you :) I'm Italian and I hold a Master's degree in Languages and the two languages studied are English and Arabic, but having attended a language high school I also have skills in French and Spanish! Nice to meet you :) I'm Italian and I hold a Master's degree in Languages and the two languages studied are English and Arabic, but having attended a language high school I also have skills in French and Spanish! With me you can learn and practice Italian, from basic to an advanced level! I have had the opportunity to practice my English through studying and working stays in both England and Ireland; this allowed me to refine my communicative approach. In Ireland I also had the opportunity to take part to training courses related to language teaching techniques through which I learned how to get closer to the needs of the students. I have been teaching Italian to foreign people for more than seven years and I can now say that I'm able to understand various needs and types of learning. My teaching approach is based on empathy, on a mutual trust to be established with the learner and above all on feeling free to make mistakes in order to learn better. I am looking forward to start a new adventure together! ;)

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
