About me

Hello! My name is Madeleine. I’m a language student in Australia and I’ve just moved halfway across the world to continue my studies in France. I’m open-minded, friendly and understanding. I’m a dedicated and motivated teacher. I have over five years’ experience teaching music theory, as well as working as an English conversation assistant. I have a C1 level in French, so I can adapt my lessons in both French and English. My lessons are based on an immersion method focused on spoken English, in both formal and informal contexts. Lessons focus on vocabulary, comprehension and expressing ideas. As a native English speaker who has learnt several languages, my knowledge and understanding will enable us to deepen our learning of spoken English. Lessons are designed for those with a B1/B2 level of English who wish to improve their ability to converse in English in everyday situations. I look forward to meeting you!
