About me

Hi everyone! My name is Lourdes Machado. I am from Ecuador. I am a native Spanish speaker and a bilingual tutor of Spanish and English as a foreign language. I got a Bachelor degree in Education and a Master's degree in English language teaching. I got Cambridge proficiency certificates Cambridge Advanced Englsh (CAE) and IELTS and teaching certificates CELTA and TKT. I am the enthusiastic, self- driven, supportive teacher who loves helping students develop their four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing in Spanish and English too. I work with students of all ages and levels. I adapt my methodology and technological resources to the student's needs. I use apps, technological tools, educational projects interactive activities, music and videos. I love teaching conversation classes, talking aout culture and a wide range of academic topics.
