My name is Kritara, born in Cologne, Germany, and since 2013 I am living in Christchurch, New Zealand.
I've been teaching German as a foreign language for many years mow, over more than 10 to be exact, and it all began with my training as tutor at the Inlingua Institute in Münster.
My professional career started as an Architect and worked as such for a number of years. After a detour in to nursing, I finished my life coaching certificate, and now I am self-employed as Health & Skincare Consultant.
My goal in teaching German is to help and accompany you to learn and deepen your German skills. The focus is on accent reduction, learning the language phonetically, and teaching the sometimes complex rules of the German language with ease and joy.
The levels range from absolute beginners to native speakers, from A1 to C2, and the lesson are structured individually and often based entirely on the needs and wants of my students.
Due to my professional background, I am of great help to people who work in the construction, design and healthcare industry, because I am familiar with many of the technical terms in both languages.
In my spare time I like to read books, most self-development and like to go for a coffee or be out and about in nature!
