Hello! I’m an economist and business administrator with more than 10 years of experience teaching economics, statistics, and quantitative methods to high school, undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students. I consider myself a curious and multidisciplinary person, and I am also neurodivergent, which strongly shapes the way I teach. I enjoy finding connections between different fields of knowledge and using analogies from science, history, science fiction, fantasy, popular culture, and humor to explain complex ideas in a more intuitive way.
In my classes, I aim to create a supportive environment where students can explore concepts calmly and build a solid understanding step by step. I like to adapt the pace and approach depending on each student’s needs: sometimes we begin with intuition and visual examples, and other times with direct practice or a more theoretical explanation. I have worked both in academic settings and on projects related to data analysis and applied economics, which allows me to connect what we study in class with how these tools are used in research and real-world contexts. I also work with students who feel they have gaps in their mathematical background, helping them identify those areas and strengthen the foundations needed to move forward with greater clarity in their courses.
