My name is Javier Amores, and I hold a PhD cum laude in Communication Sciences from the University of Salamanca (Spain), with International Mention and an Extraordinary Award. My doctoral thesis received the award for the best doctoral thesis in Information and Communication Sciences in Spain in 2022.
I am currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty of Communications of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. My academic and teaching career has been developed at prestigious institutions in Spain, Italy, and now Chile. I have also delivered over 40 conferences, courses, and seminars at various universities and international congresses.
My expertise combines advanced research in communication, new technologies, digital platforms and social networks, computational methods, and data analysis with a solid teaching vocation in areas such as public speaking, political communication, effective and persuasive communication, digital marketing, and the application of digital tools and artificial intelligence.
