Learn Chinese with Iyra - Budapest & Beijing | Language, Culture & Real China Hello! I’m Iyra, a native Chinese speaker currently living in Budapest. I grew up studying and living in Beijing, and over the years I’ve often helped friends from different countries practice Chinese and discover the beauty of the language. For me, learning Chinese should not feel like memorizing endless vocabulary or grammar rules. Instead, I like to help students experience the fun of the language. I often use stories, cultural examples, and creative ways of remembering characters and expressions so that Chinese becomes something alive and enjoyable rather than something stressful. In my lessons, I pay special attention to pronunciation and the natural rhythm of spoken Chinese. I also help students understand the way Chinese thinking works behind the language, which often makes it much easier to remember and use new expressions naturally. I always try to adapt lessons to each student’s interests and goals. Sometimes we learn through conversations about culture, daily life, or stories that spark curiosity. When students are interested in what they are learning, motivation comes naturally and the learning process becomes much more enjoyable. My classes are suitable both for beginners who would like a friendly introduction to Chinese, and for learners who already have some basic knowledge and want to become more confident and natural in speaking. As someone who has spent many years learning English myself, I deeply understand the journey of learning a new language. It can be challenging at times, but it can also be incredibly rewarding and full of discovery. I would be very happy and honored to accompany you on this colorful journey of learning Chinese.
