About me

I was average at mathematics when I was younger, and even throughout university. To understand something, I had to work hard, it was never the case that I could study something once and understand everything immediately. Today, I am an incoming PhD student in Mathematics at Imperial College London, and this experience strongly shapes the way I teach my classes. I completed my undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), one of Pakistan’s top universities. I then moved to South Korea to pursue my Master’s at Kyung Hee University, where I studied mathematics and physics. Because I had to work hard to understand mathematics myself, I teach patiently, explain difficult ideas in simple steps, and focus on building strong fundamentals mainly through visuals and simplification steps. Outside academics, I enjoy K-pop, meeting people from different cultures, performing classical guitar at concerts, hiking, running, going to the gym, and reading about mathematics, philosophy, physics, art, and nature.
