About me

Hi, I'm Gabriele. Born in Brazil and raised in Italy, I have always been passionate about learning and studying languages, and I wish to share this passion with my students. Specialized in new romance languages, I offer Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian lessons for students of different ages and levels of knowledge. The classes are suitable for students of all nationalities, as I can teach in both Italian and English, or in one of the other two Romance languages, such as Spanish and Portuguese. My methodology is based on a conversational approach linked to the study of grammar and accompanied by practical exercises for the memorization of the key points of knowledge of the language. One of the fundamental exercises that I make my students perform is the repetition of single phrases and the memorization of musical texts, in order to encourage learning in a natural way. I try to make the study light, as this stimulates the student to have a more confident and spontaneous approach to the language itself. In the case of languages such as Spanish and Portuguese, we will analyze the different linguistic differences between the Spanish and Portuguese countries in order to understand their structure and common points. My classes will always be accompanied by multimedia material such as videos, music, texts and worksheets that will help the student to fully immerse himself/herself in the study of the language. I will also offer those interested some personal research tools on the language and culture of the country being studied, in order to have a 360º view of it.
