Enchanter, je m'appelle Florie et j'ai 26 ans ! Voici comment j'enseigne. Je prends le temps d'écouter les élèves pour les connaître et apprendre quelles sont leurs forces, leurs faiblesses, leurs attentes. J'essaie de les mettre à l'aise, ils peuvent se confier, participer ou poser des questions. Nous prenons parfois des pauses pendant les cours pour se dégourdir les jambes et l'esprit. Je cherche à attiser leur curiosité sur les notions scolaires et sur la culture générale. Je cherche à aider plus particulièrement les élèves en difficulté, ayant des troubles de l'apprentissage et ayant des horaires décalés, notamment dans le cadre d'une phobie scolaire ou scolarisés à domicile. À travers l'aide aux devoirs, c'est une interaction humaine que je développe avec mes élèves : sympathiser en découvrant ensemble nos points forts et nos faiblesses pour s'améliorer. Je suis joviale pour qu'une certaine proximité se forme malgré la distance qu'impose la visioconférence.
