🪶 Seven years of experience teaching Chinese 🪶 Major in Chinese Literature 🪶 Completed all coursework for a Master's Degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language 🪶2023-2024 Fulbright Scholar | Chinese FLTA in USMA 🦅 Hello! I'm Ya-yen. Besides Chinese, I can also speak Taiwanese Hokkien and fluent English. I've been teaching Chinese for seven years. I have experience in one-on-one, small group, large group, in-person, and online teaching. My students come from various countries including the United States, Finland, Africa, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and more. I teach a diverse range of subjects such as basic Chinese, Chinese composition, Chinese culture, and Mandarin for the food industry. Teaching Chinese is not just my job but also something I truly enjoy. I'm great at making Chinese easy, fun, and clear to understand!
