Hello! I am Esther Kibet an English teacher from Kenya. I am currently finishing my degree in Bachelor of English Arts at Gretsa University on October this year. I have about two years of experience teaching to secondary and high school students, focusing on helping them build confidence and practical language skills.
I really enjoy teaching young learners because it’s rewarding to watch them improve their speaking, reading, and writing abilities. My classes emphasize conversational English, grammar, and vocabulary, but I always make sure lessons are fun and interactive. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to fit each learner’s needs and goals.
My teaching philosophy is centered around creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions without fear. Learning should be enjoyable, and I use storytelling, games, and creative activities to make lessons engaging and memorable.
In my lessons, I focus on skills that students can use in their daily lives, whether it’s chatting confidently with friends, understanding what they read, or writing clearly. I am passionate about helping my students succeed, and I work hard to support them every step of the way.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading novels, writing stories, and exploring different cultures through music and language. I believe this curiosity makes my lessons more lively and helps me connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
If you are looking for an English teacher who is patient, friendly, and dedicated to helping you reach your goals, I would be happy to be your teacher. Whether you want to improve your conversational English, boost your reading skills, or prepare for exams, I am here to help you succeed.
I look forward to meeting you and making your English learning journey enjoyable and successful!
