Hola: my name is Elena I am a native Spanish teacher from Madrid. I have more than 5 years experience teaching in academies, companies, and on-line One of my favorite things about teaching, is seeing my students become more confident in speaking. My classes depend on what the student is looking for, but always have a strong focus on conversation. I have books of all levels in PDF format, info graphics, and my own material. All material is included. If you want to gain fluency, vocab, slang, more spontaneus or know more about Spanish culture, you will love taking these classes. About me: I hold a bachelor degree in Spanish Philology and a MA in Creative Writing I am a easygoing and talkative person. I love to talk about interesting topics and learn new things

No puedo decir demasiadas cosas buenas sobre mis clases con Elena. Pasé tres meses en Madrid y cada semana Elena y yo nos reunimos dos veces para nuestras clases en las que discutimos la historia, la cultura y la política de España para practicar español. Es difícil describir la diversidad y la creatividad de cada una de nuestras clases. Aprendí más en mis clases con Elena — de ambos el idioma y el mundo hispanoparlante — que me podría haber imag ... inado. Si le cuentas a Elena qué quieres aprender, no tengo ni duda que tendrás la misma experiencia. I can't say too many good things about my classes with Elena. I spent three months in Madrid and Elena and I met twice a week for our classes, in which we discussed the history, culture and politics of Spain in order to practice Spanish. It's difficult to describe the diversity and creativity of every one of our classes. I learned more in my classes with Elena — of both the language and the Spanish-speaking world — than I ever imagined.

Elena is a fantastic teacher, engaged and supportive at all times. She is excellent at tailoring each class to suit your needs making sure you are progressing and being challenged in a fun and exciting way.

Las lecciones son muy claras con buenas explicaciones de la gramática y con énfasis en la cultura española de todo tipo, todo hecho con amabilidad, paciencia y humor.

Elena taught me for a series of B2 Spanish lessons recently, I really cannot recommend her highly enough. She always keeps the material for the classes original and interesting, fitting class themes around my particular interests. There was a perfect balance between speaking, listening, reading and writing. She is very thorough in her marking of written work and correction of verbal errors, I felt I improved rapidly a short time thanks to her: 10 ... /10 an excellent teacher!

Una profesora muy muy chida ! Con ella tengo la sensacion, que gramatica esponola podria tener alguna logica ! (nunca tuve esa sensacion antes) Tambien puede imitar cualquier acento que desees! Sus favoritos son de Argentina y Andalucia. Y su sentido de humor es estupendo! Muy recomendable !

Con Elena he avanzado mucho y he ganado confianza para comunicarme en español. Es una de estas personas que se toman muy en serio su trabajo, motivándote a seguir trabajando. Los materiales que da cada semana son muy útiles para practicar escritura, lectura, gramática y durante la clase tienes la oportunidad de practicar la conversación. La recomiendo mucho.

En primer lugar, quisiera dar las gracias a la Elena por toda la ayuda prestada a lo largo de la duracion de las clases. El material fue muy claro y tambien la profe lo explica de una manera muy sencilla. Elena me ha resuelto muchas dudas que me iban surgiendo y se percibe el interés que mostraba. I picked up bits and pieces of Spanish over the last two years in two beginner level group courses, some intercambios and self study. Elena helped me right from the start to bring all that together and feel confident to just talk without hesitation. She's a great teacher with perfect pronunciation and every time i feel i improve a lot while having a fun time. Absolutely recommended!
