Especializado en jazz y música moderna, actualmente estudio en la Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC). Doy clases online de teoría musical aplicada (armonía moderna, análisis, improvisación) y de piano/teclado, orientadas a que entiendas lo que tocas y lo lleves directamente al instrumento. Cuento con amplia experiencia como intérprete y como profesor.
Mis clases están pensadas para:
• Estudiantes de conservatorio o escuelas modernas que quieren reforzar armonía, análisis y lenguaje del jazz.
• Músicos autodidactas (piano, guitarra, producción) que tocan “de oído” y quieren ordenar conceptos: acordes, escalas, funciones tonales, II–V–I, voicings, reharmonización, etc.
• Pianistas y teclistas que quieren mejorar acompañamiento, lectura de cifrado, groove y recursos armónicos para tocar en grupo.
Trabajo la teoría siempre aplicada: vemos un concepto y lo llevamos al teclado/piano en el momento, con ejemplos reales (standards de jazz, pop moderno, neo-soul, repertorio que tú escojas). No es memorizamos fórmulas: trataremos de entender por qué funcionan las progresiones y cómo usarlas para improvisar, acompañar y componer.
Formato de las clases:
• Clases online 1:1, adaptadas a tu nivel y objetivos.
• Material propio en PDF (resúmenes, esquemas, ejercicios).
• Trabajo práctico sobre repertorio real.
• Posibilidad de enfocar las sesiones a refuerzo académico o a objetivos musicales concretos (mejorar voicings, improvisación, acompañamiento).

Specializing in jazz and modern music, I am currently studying at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC). I offer online classes in applied music theory (modern harmony, analysis, improvisation) and piano/keyboard, designed to help you understand what you play and apply it directly to your instrument. I have extensive experience as both a performer and a teacher.
My classes are designed for: • Conservatory students or students from modern schools who want to strengthen their harmony, analysis, and language of jazz. • Self-taught musicians (piano, guitar, production) who play “by ear” and want to organize concepts: chords, scales, tonal functions, II–V–I, voicings, reharmonization, etc. • Pianists and keyboard players who want to improve accompaniment, chord reading, groove and harmonic resources for playing in a group.
I always work with applied theory: we look at a concept and bring it to the keyboard/piano in the moment, with real examples (jazz standards, modern pop, neo-soul, repertoire of your choosing). We don't memorize formulas: we'll try to understand why progressions work and how to use them to improvise, accompany, and compose.
Class format: • 1:1 online classes, adapted to your level and objectives. • Original material in PDF format (summaries, outlines, exercises). • Practical work on real repertoire. • Possibility of focusing the sessions on academic reinforcement or on specific musical objectives (improving voicings, improvisation, accompaniment).
The first session is focused on assessing your level and defining a realistic work plan.
