He liderado y desarrollado el proyecto pedagógico “Pedagogía constitucional: realidad posible desde la mirada de las niñas y de los niños”, una propuesta educativa basada en la literatura de Jairo Aníbal Niño, que articula principios de libertad, igualdad, solidaridad y respeto, promoviendo la comprensión del entorno social a través del juego, la lectura y la reflexión. Este proyecto fue reconocido con Mención de Honor del Premio Compartir al Maestro (2013). Me caracterizo por la paciencia, la cercanía y la capacidad de diseñar estrategias didácticas lúdicas que favorecen el aprendizaje significativo, la motivación y la inspiración de los niños, generando ambientes seguros, participativos y emocionalmente positivos.
