About me

Hi there!☺️ My name is Ciara Butler and I come from a small county in Ireland called Clare. I have just completed my degree in Physical Education and English Teaching from the University of Limerick. I have had various placements in secondary school settings (12-18 year olds) and also primary school settings (5-12 year olds). I have also completed my level 5 TEFL qualification in 2021, teaching business english for two months in Dubai to a project manager for a tech company. I like to keep my classes as interactive as possible which has been a huge focus throughout my degree. Cultivating a student-ventured approach to learning with a variety of resources is key for lifelong language learning, in my opinion.
