Hello! My name is Chantal Makenga. I’m originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, but I’ve called South Africa home for nearly 30 years now. My journey started in Information Sciences and Accounting, but over time, I discovered my real passion—working with people, especially in education. For years, I’ve worked closely with both children and adults, first as an aupair and then in early childhood development. Eventually, I transitioned into teaching English and French, and I absolutely love it! For the past two years, I’ve been teaching languages online, and I really enjoy the flexibility it offers and the chance to connect with students from all over the world. My classes are always tailored to your needs—whether you're just starting out, want to improve your conversation skills, or need help with grammar and vocabulary. I believe learning a language should be fun, supportive, and practical. I’m here to cheer you on, help you feel confident, and celebrate every small victory along the way.
