Carmen

My name is Carmen and I am from Seville. I am 26 years old, and I have been teaching languages, specifically English and Spanish, for 6 of those years. I have worked as a private teacher, in academies and in a nursery school. My students have ranged from 2 years old to 50 years old. I adapt to different ages and levels. I like to use a wide variety of materials in my classes, both interactive and theoretical. I also like my students to practice constantly, since practice can help improve a language. Having worked with such a wide range of ages, I have experienced different teaching methods. In private classes I adapt to the needs of the student, in the academies where I have worked I have prepared students for exams and in the nursery school where I was an English teacher in Poland I used a dynamic and fun method for children. I would also like to talk about my training. I completed a degree in English Studies and then took a Master's degree in Teaching Secondary and High School Teachers, with a focus on English. I have always wanted to dedicate myself to teaching. I really like travelling and getting to know other cultures and languages. That is why I spent 3 years living and working in Krakow, Poland. Finally, I would like to invite you to my private classes, as I adapt to the needs and profile of each student, improving their level and helping them overcome the barrier of shyness.
