Hello there! 🎻 I'm Carlos, a violinist and violist with over 20 years of playing experience and 11 years of teaching experience. 🎓 My education includes: - Master's Degree from the Hochschule für Musik Trossingen (Germany). - Barenboim-Said Foundation Orchestral Academy. - Bachelor's Degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music of Madrid (RCSMM). 🎼 As an orchestral musician, I have been a member of and collaborated with several orchestras, including: - JONDE (Spanish National Youth Orchestra) – Active member since 2019. - Sinfonieorchester Villingen-Schwenningen (Germany). - JORCAM (Youth Orchestra of the Community of Madrid). - JOA (Youth Orchestra of Aragón) – Principal Viola. - OCC Sonora – Concertmaster. - OFC25 Villas – Concertmaster. Thanks to my orchestral experience, I have had the opportunity to perform in some of Spain's most prestigious concert halls, as well as in Saint Petersburg, Istanbul, Helsinki, and several cities across Germany. 📚 As a teacher, I started giving private lessons in 2015. Two years later, I began teaching in music schools and primary schools, an experience that allowed me to continue growing as an educator. In addition to working with students of different ages, levels, and goals, I also had the opportunity to teach students with special educational needs, which further strengthened my ability to adapt each lesson to the individual in front of me. Over the years, I've come to one important conclusion: there is no perfect method for learning to play an instrument. Every student learns differently. That's why all of my lessons are 100% personalized. If one explanation doesn't work or an exercise isn't helping you, we'll simply find another way to achieve the same goal. My job isn't to make you adapt to a method—it's to find the method that best adapts to you.
