About me

Greetings! My name is Beng, and I've been an English teacher for the past 8 years in Asia and Europe. Learning languages online can be a real challenge so I'm here to help you make things way easier in an exciting and engaging way. I was inspired to make teaching my career many years ago. I realized how much of an impact I was having on my students’ lives and futures and loved seeing my students succeed. This love is what still drives me today, nothing brings me more joy than seeing a student landing their desired job, or simply having a memorable conversation in English. Using various methods combined with creativity can help us find out which approach works best for you. Although most of the lessons I provide are conversational in nature, each session and lesson materials are fully customizable depending on many factors such as your background, learning style, English fluency level, goals etc. Doing so can help you gain valuable language learning experience. By considering these things, you can inform me ahead of time about certain topics or skills that you would like us to focus on with during our sessions. Above all though, I keep my lessons fun and interesting, this is essential, because a bored student isn’t a student learning.
