Hello! I’m Arshad Zishan, a passionate and experienced mathematics educator with over 7 years of teaching experience. I hold a Master's degree in Mathematics and am currently pursuing my Ph.D., focusing on fuzzy ideals and their generalizations in algebraic structures. I’ve taught a wide range of students—from high schoolers trying to pass their board exams, to university students diving deep into abstract algebra and advanced topics.
So, what makes me different from other teachers?
I truly believe that mathematics is not just about formulas—it's about understanding patterns, logic, and how things connect. My aim is to make math less intimidating and more approachable. I explain concepts in simple language, with examples that relate to real life. I’m very patient, and I never mind explaining something twice (or even ten times!). I also speak English, Hindi, and Urdu, so I can teach in the language you're most comfortable with.
I always organise my classes based on your individual needs. Whether you’re preparing for an exam like IIT-JAM, CSIR-NET, or just want to improve your basics, I’ll tailor the lessons to your pace and goals. I also provide handwritten notes, regular practice sheets, and helpful tips to solve problems efficiently. My classes are interactive and relaxed, where you’re always encouraged to ask questions—no matter how small they may seem.
Over the years, I’ve taught students from different educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, state boards) as well as undergraduate and postgraduate university students. I’m especially good at teaching:
Algebra (school to advanced level)
Calculus and Real Analysis
Linear Algebra
Fuzzy Set Theory and Applications
Discrete Mathematics
I love what I do because I get to help students gain confidence, not just in math, but in their overall learning. There’s no better feeling than seeing a student who once feared math start to enjoy solving problems on their own.
If you're looking for someone who will support you, motivate you, and explain math in a way that finally makes sense—I'm here to help. Book a trial lesson, and let’s get started on your learning journey together!
