I have an an MBA with specialization in strategic planning and change management. As Dean of Business for the London School of Business and Finance, I used strategic planning tools (7 steps, SWOT, Porters Value Chain, Porters Competitive environment and 4Ps) to guide the future and highly successful strategic planning.
